During the past 2 years Professional Clubfitters Society Int'l improved its level of education, certification and other programs to a higher level. We opened new Education and Fitting Centers and signed strategic partnerships with different companies in the golf industry. Since 2010 we have met the requirements of the PGA Continuing Education Credits in the field of Club Fitting Education.
It is the policy of PCS Int'l to continuously update all information regarding education, certification and all other programs. On this tab you will find all items from education to partner programs, etc. if you need more information regarding an item just click on it with your mouse. If you want to receive more detailed information please use the e-mail address that belongs to this item. Regardless of his or her skill level, PCS Int'l is able to support each member based on his or her individual needs.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER PCS INT'LIt’s in the Statement of Professional Clubfitters Society Int’l to welcome everybody who is interested in club fitting. This can be as a full time or part time club fitter, PGA member or a golfer who is interested in the basics of club fitting. Anybody can become a member.
Every member, Silver up to Platinum can become a certified club fitter and they must complete at least one certification followed by a yearly certification until the three main education programs –fitting, making and repair – have been achieved. During their first area of certification, the member must complete a practical and theoretical exam. Throughout this period of training and certification, the student will have the opportunity to train themselves in club fitting with the support of the PCS to achieve a level of certification.
Professional Clubfitters Society has 4 levels of memberships, Ivory, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Ivory; is for the golfer who is only interested in the basics of club fitting
Silver; is the member including one certification of PCS Int'l
Gold; is for the part-time or full time club fitter with 2 certifications.
Platinum; is for the fully PCS Int'l certified club fitter.

EDUCATION PROGRAMS
The Professional Clubfitters Society Int'l education programs covers the main fields of club fitting, club making and club repairing. It is the top recognized professional education within the golf industry at this time. Certification by Education and training will only be done through an "in class room environment" that includes hands on work to be certified by the PCS Int'l. We are proud to meet the PGA requirements since 2010. By following the education and certification by PCS Int'l indicates that the club fitter has met the highest standard of academic proficiency. He or she applied technology and excellence in craftsmanship in achieving this distinguished honor.
After completing the education program, the club fitter can apply for other exams and certifications. All exams consist of written and practical skills examination in the areas of Club -making, -fitting and -repairing. The practical skills part must be done on the last day of the classes. BASIC EDUCATION
For the golfer who just wants to learn more about club fitting ,PCS Int'l developed a Basic Education Program. The IVORY member can apply for the Basic Education Program, this theoretical E-course is specifically developed for the golf player who has an interest in club fitting. He or she is not interested in becoming certified and has no experience in club fitting. It is also very informative for Shop owners, golf course employees and other golf lovers who would like to learn about club fitting / making and repair. An IVORY member, after completion of the E – course will only receive a letter of Achievement.

CONTINIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM
Education is an ongoing process and does not end after a certification or a kind of a degree. PCS Int'l has developed a Continuous Education Program for the club crafting industry. With this Program ,new developments in the club crafting will be available for the Member. This assures members will be informed about new developments as they arise.
EDUCATION FOR PGA MEMBERS
PCS Int'l meets all requirements of PGA, therefore, each PGA member, student, teaching pro, playing pro can follow the same protocols for PGA developed program.

HOW TO BECOME A PCS INT'L INSTRUCTUR
Professional Clubfitters Society Int'l developed an Instructor Certification program to offer an opportunity for training attendees to become a certified Instructor of PCS Int'l. After the completion of this program the attendee will be able to demonstrate their extensive knowledge and skills in the area of education. A PCS Instructor certification is the mark of excellence in the field of education.
The PCS Instructor certification consists a presentation, verbal and practical teaching exam. The verbal exam is a knowledge test covering all areas of club fitting, making and repair. The objective of the presentation skills exam is to allow the candidate to show his or her knowledge in teaching and teaching techniques.

HOW TO BECOME A PCS INT'L EDUCATION AND FITTING CENTER
The policy of Professional Clubfitters Society is to have at least six corporate Education centers and different local education and fitting centers located all over the world to support the members in those areas. A center has to include training facilities for administering the goals and outlines in accordance to the mission statement and objectives of the PCS International. This facility should provide enough space and accommodations to educate any persons at any given time.

PREFERRED SUPPLIERS PROGRAM
To support its members optimizing their business, PCS Int'l developed the "PREFERRED SUPPLIERS PROGRAM". With this program, members can make use of the possibility to buy products through the PCS Int'l "PREFERRED SUPPLIERS PROGRAM". Because PCS Int'l is a non-profit organization PCS Int'l established with external partners GolfToolX – GTX- to execute this program. In cooperation with GolfToolX, PCS Int'l is constantly busy finding the best products for the best price for their members. With this program, a member can make more profit with his business. Because the golf market is always developing, PCS Int'l can add new products or existing products can be changed. To create the best list of products, PCS Int'l members are free to advise the board on new products. By supporting the "PREFERRED SUPPLIERS PROGRAM" it is possible for PCS to become a stronger organization to set the professional club fitting standard worldwide.
DISCOUNTS
Depending on level of membership a member will /can receive a discount from GolfToolX. It is the responsibility of GTX to give members of PCS Int'l discounts on their purchased components. R & D SUPPORT FOR OEM'S AND INVENTORS
PCS Int'l is an independent organization and therefore the ideal partner for OEM's or other parties to do their R&D. All R&D activities will be done in the USA. For members PCS Int'l developed a program to help them or inventors of each level with their R&D. With this program PCS Int'l want to help to realize the invention in to a product, support the marketing and sell it to the market.
