Looking to the last decennia in the golf industries it is clear that the level of quality from golf components, tools and equipment is elevating by the day and is using more innovating technology. Not only the quality by using innovation but also the accuracy of the components and the use of electronics become more common cense. With this development the today’s golf club fitter has to meet this level of quality and development of innovation. To support all members of PCS (Professional Clubfitters Society) to achieve this level of innovation, PCS made innovation one of his pillars. With pointing out this pillar PCS is not only a front runner but also became a major player in these developments in today’s golf industry. This expresses itself in, for example, that PCS is not only already testing golf equipment for several manufactures for the introduction of there equipment for next year, but is also working with a major manufacture for testing two components glue. Besides testing components for the golf equipment manufactures, PCS has a group of members who are working on research, developing and testing of tools as a part of the innovation in general. As a result a new tool for spine and profiling a shaft is engineered by one of our members in cooperation with PCS head quarters.
